Ice Prints is a family-owned company that has over 25 years of experience in etched and sublimated personalization. Whether it be Holiday Gifts, a Birthday, Graduation, Wedding, or Retirement, a personalized gift makes the perfect gift for any occasion.

youtakeimake offers one of the widest selections of customizable glass and ceramic gifts in the business. It is also a proud carrier of Ice Prints™ sublimated glass prints. Be it the warmth of the sun, a glow from a table lamp, or the flickering of a candle, an Ice Print™ is designed to capture and take advantage of natural backlight––– illuminating the beauty and color of the polished glass photograph. Our exclusive process (pat. pending) at a molecular level captures and separates light into the full spectrum creating a high-resolution portrait, rich in color, which seems to radiate from within. Ice Prints make the perfect photo gift or award piece!

Shipping Information and Rates

Standard Shipping:

Orders are shipped M-F, via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS, which generally arrives within 3-5 business days AFTER the item is shipped. Please allow 4 business days to produce.

Express Shipping:

Express Shipping is available on most items shipping within the contiguous 48 States, and will be displayed on the item page as well as your checkout page as Express Shipping Available. If your item is available for Express, you will have the option to upgrade to that production and shipping method at the checkout page. Your order will be prioritized and shipped Mon-Fri via your choice of UPS 2-Day Air, UPS Next-Day Air or UPS Saturday Delivery. The Saturday Delivery shipping method is only available on Thursdays with the Express Shipping option. Please allow in-house production time of 4 business days in addition to the actual shipping time. If an Express shipping method is selected, the exact delivery date will be confirmed and provided on our checkout page. Sunday shipping or delivery is not available. If all items on your order are not available for Express, you will receive multiple shipments. However, we bill our customers only one Express or Standard Shipping charge per order regardless of the number of items! Items can not be express delivered unless the Express option is listed for that item. (Express Delivery is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Bases and International destinations).

Over-sized Items:

Items exceeding either size or weight limitations can only be shipped within the contiguous 48 states. This restriction includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military bases and all international destinations. Please remove this item from your cart to continue. We appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience.

International Shipping:

youtakeimake offers service all over the world to where UPS ships. Orders to these locations are shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited Service and are usually delivered in 3-5 days. We also provide service to APO and FPO locations as well as Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Packages to these destinations are shipped United States Postal Service and are usually delivered in 5-7 days.


Guarantee and Return Policy

youtakeimake holds our final products to the highest of standards. We inspect every product before it is shipped out to you or your loved one.

youtakeimake guarantees that all our products will arrive to their destination free of manufacturing errors or defects. If you find that a defect or manufacturing error is present with your order. You may return it with its original packaging, and we will quickly replace the defective item(s). Unfortunately due to the nature of personalized gifts we cannot offer refunds at this time. Also we can only offer replacements for products that have a manufacturing error or defect present. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product.

In order to ensure that you receive a product that fulfills your expectations, please double check your personalization before you submit your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to have your order placed into production within 24 hours of receipt of the order. If you notice an error with your order after you have submitted it, please call us within 24 hours and we will make every attempt to adjust it. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a change as it may already be in production.

In order to avoid this situation, please double-check your personalization before you submit the order.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once we have submitted your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail to say we have received it. We will also send you an e-mail when your order has shipped with a tracking number so you can track the shipment online.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

We guarantee that every one of our orders will arrive free or manufacturing errors or defects. If you find that your order has a manufacturing error, please call or E-mail youtakeimake at youtakeimake@gmail.com. We will quickly replace the defective item. Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalized gifts, we cannot offer a return policy on personalized products if they are free from manufacturing error or defect.
